Where is my order?
Orders will ship out on the next business day.
Orders are processed 5 days a week, excluding holidays and weekends.*Orders with invalid addresses will require additional processing time.
Made-to-order items require an additional crafting period.Once you place your order, we ensure the quality of your gear is top notch and we pack your order to be shipped from our China or US warehouse.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have no received this please email glitteredraver@gmail.com** Orders containing both "ready-to-ship" and "made-to-order" items will have multiple shipments due to being shipped out of multiple locations**

I only received some of my items. Where’s the rest of my order?
Your order probably contains both "ready-to-ship" and "made-to-order" items. Orders containing both "ready-to-ship" and "made-to-order" items will have multiple shipments (at no extra charge). We’ll send you an email confirming each additional shipment.

How do I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders immediately. If you need to cancel your order you can contact us at glitteredraver@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order so we can try canceling it for you.

We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already begun processing, unfortunately, we are unable to grant your cancellation request.

Shoppers generally appreciate how quickly we process and pack orders. However, we understand this can be frustrating should you decide to cancel an order before it ships and are informed it's too late.

Can I add/remove an item from my order.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to add or remove items. You can contact Customer Support and request to have your order canceled so you can place a new order with the correct items.To cancel your order, you must email glitteredraver@gmail.com within 1 hour of your placing your order. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already entered the shipping process; unfortunately, we are unable to grant your cancellation request.


Can I combine discount codes on my order?

No, you can only use one discount code per order. You are able to use a discount code and gift card on the same order.


What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

Orders placed before 2PM PST (Mon-Fri) will ship the same day*. Otherwise, it will ship out the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive your order based on the shipping method you selected upon checkout. Orders are processed 7 days a week, excluding holidays. *Orders with invalid addresses or issues capturing the payment with require additional processing time. Made-to-order items require an additional 10 business day crafting period before shipping. Once you place your order, we ensure the quality of your gear is top notch and we pack your order to be shipped from our China or US warehouse. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Why does my tracking number say "not found"?

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 business days to update online. If you do not see any activity on your tracking number after 2 business days, please  email glitteredraver@gmail.com  and we'll investigate further for you.


RETURN POLICY

We offer our customers guaranteed satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 30 days of placing your order.
